Corte Bella is a unique active adult community designed by Del Webb located in Sun City West.

On first impression coming through this gated community one gets a feeling of smaller neighborhoods within a greater neighborhood. Enclaves of homes are defined with names such as Santa Ynez, Sierra Madre, and La Salinas to name a few.
